Now she is D tier , after buff.

She's certainly in a better spot but I don't see her really improving much.

It's just really hard for a stealth killer to become higher than c in current meta.

I think the nature of her power makes it hard to tell just where she'd fall on a hypothetical tier list until we've seen a wide variety of players with different skill levels really put their all into making her work.

I do think she's going to be around B or C now, though. I don't see her being any higher than that.

B or C. She's still going to have a terrible time downing players at higher MMR on many maps. Maps like The Game or Fracture Cowshed are going to be pallet breaking simulators

On the post concerning the change: "we’re mostly focused on smoothing out some of the rougher edges.".

Those change weren't meant to make her stronger or weaker to play, only some quality of life change to make her gameplay feel smoother, just like they did with plague during the mid chapter patch.

She did get a bit stronger thanks to that, but not enough to make her change "tier".

I may have been one to overstate her before, and I do wish they did more for TV cool downs, which I think was more necessary than manifestation changes (although I absolutely think she will get much out of that now as it will be extremely difficult to keep tabs, and commiting to hit and run/slug style with her may be powerful in combination with the condemnation buff) but she will definitely be better than wraith after this, I think she will probably be high mid tier, which is alright, because anything lower wouldn't justify a purchase on my eyes.

She remains on the brink between C and D tier for me

I don't know if it makes much of a tier difference, but it should at least shut down the part I was worried about--the easy no-brain strategy to safely do gens. Condemned now builds up slightly faster, so if you grab the tape then hop on a gen, you'll be coming off with 4 stacks minimum, and now you can only get rid of 3.

Which means less of those "Oh, I came across a team that knows my power, I can't actually use any of it this game" matches.

Let’s wait and how she performs on release first.

Definitely not buffed nearly enough to compensate for her lack of downing power. But who knows? Maybe as a 115% killer with a 24m terror radius she'll have some potential. I'm probably not going to buy her at first, and wait to see what they do with her to make her not suck.

She will be a bit better but still the same in terms of power level.

i think people are underestimating what a 115 killer with a 24m TR (16 with M&A) can do. Yes, Meyers has that too, but she doesn’t have to waste 60 or 90 seconds or more to get it and she has a lot more in the rest of her kit than him.
