It seems like Konami doesn't really care about any of their previously popular titles. Silent Hill, Castlevania, Etc are getting forgotten because they refuse to make new games and instead milk all of their popular titles for money. It's very sad.

Komoney is a terrible company. As a MGS and Yugioh fan, it really cannot be understated just how awful they are.
They deserve to lose every IP they have, and the IPs they do have deserve better.

Unfortunately, that would probably a couple years away. They're busy hoping to get the Activision-Blizzard buyout through regulators over the next year, and then will have their hands full dealing with all the issues within that company once they assume control.
I actually wonder if they'll be buying anymore decent sized game studios over the next two, maybe three, years. I know they definitely won't be until after the FTC finishes with them on Activision-Blizzard, because doing otherwise would raise the antitrust flags with D.C. even more.
