Map offerings should be different for killer and survivor
The map makes a vastly bigger difference to the killer than it does to the survivors. There's a few survivor perks which are better on certain maps, but they all function on all maps, and the basic game doesn't change for them. To contrast, some killers on some maps have almost no chance of winning unless they're vastly more experienced than the survivors (hello MMR?) or they just camp/tunnel and the survivors are altruistic enough to throw into it.
This is diametrically opposed to how easy it is for one side to bring a map offering. There are 4 survivors with 4 offerings each match, but only one killer with one offering. That's 4x the slots that could have a map chosen by the survivor. That's 4x as many people to make the BP investment into it, or just find that offering on a bloodweb in the first place. If the survivors and the killer all bring map offerings, the chance is insanely stacked towards it being one of the survivor's maps that are chosen.
Especially in high MMR, it's incredibly rare to see a game where a survivor map offering isn't used. Usually for one of the same few survivor-sided maps.
I suggest that the rarity of map offerings should be increased for survivors but not for killers, because the current situation is completely unfair to killers. Alternately, survivor map offeringscould have a reduced chance of making that map be chosen, like some of the old map offerings. Either way, killer and survivor map offerings should not be the same, to reflect that there are 4 survivors and 1 killer. Especially when the map can completely ruin the killer's fun and has far less impact on survivor's fun.

Map offerings shouldn’t even exist until every map is balanced. Either remove them, or invert them so it reduces the chance of that map instead.

Map offerings shouldnt even exist in a PvP Game they should be removed .... There are so many Maps in this Game that are better for Survivors than Killers but there arent many Killer Sided Maps
There is a reason Why Survivor Loves to use Map offerings für the Game, Haddonfield, Coldwind ans more because they know they have a unfair Advantage i3n this against the Killer

I just don't understand why two survivors taking the same map offering over powers the Killer taking one.
Like.
Where is the Killer going to get up to 4 increased chances of their map from?
