The new non-interactive survivor meta
Lately when I go to play killer I've noticed a bunch of survivors going out of there way to make sure there is almost 0 interaction between me and them.
If I run CI I've noticed a lot of survivors starting to just wait 2 minutes at blocked gens so they don't run into me. Survivors are leaving gens at like the first sign of my heart beat to where I get to the gen and no scratch marks but the survivor already so far away that if I go to chase it's going to take 30 seconds at least just to start it. I've taken these chases because I'm playing a walking Sim at that point and when I actually start chase they are good at looping so it's not like they are bad player.
I don't understand it survivors wait in qs forever and then just want to stand around for 2 minutes and then just hold/press one button.

I can agree with you about map size but even playing m1 killers they do the same.

they're probably scared to be face camped on first hook to death

The thing is the more you avoid the killer and the later it gets in the game the chances of been tunneled and facecamped start to increase.

They're like comp player try hards. I've ran into a couple of teams like this. As soon as they hear the heartbeat they're shift+Wing across the map already. It's boring as #########. Usually ends in like 1-2 hooks and me opening the gates for them so they'll gtfo

This is exactly it and it's so boring I feel like I'm playing a walking sim. I'll pop the gates and then they have to wait the whole timer out but jokes on them I left my headphones on and left the game to go do something else.

This thread is hilarious, killers really be wanting survivors to just lock onto generators brainlessly.

Let me get this straight. You think that survivors should purposefully play badly to match your inability to find them/chase them? At the end of the day, their goal is to get out of the exit gates. Survivors like getting in chases just as much as you like to chase, but most players are not going to play suboptimally to give you free chases. You earn your chases as killer.
I swear, killers on this forum have small weapon energy.

I'd certainly rather play against the survivors that show zero respect for the killer and just do gens in their face than the shift+W spine chill gamers. It takes like 30 seconds to get into a chase with them if they take off at the slightest heartbeat and if you go somewhere else because it's horribly inefficient to get into chase with them, they just go back to the gen. super fun

Play stealth killers or run stealth/tracking perks if it bothers you that much, you have options. Plenty.

Let me get this straight you think I should waste 30-40 seconds walking to a survivor just to start a chase then get in a chase for 40 seconds? Also it still takes 6-7 seconds from hearing the heart beat for a killer to get to that gen. I can find and chase just fine it's the time invested in to actually getting close enough to start the chase mechanic.
But I guess if you want to stare a gens all day thas cool. I would rather interact with the other players in a PVP game.

Myers is one of my favorite killers to play problem is though he's easily looped and countered by w. I still enjoy him though I hate spine chill though.

Hiding is an effective counter to CI of course people are going to do it

None of the stealth killers are viable against better players, that's a poor suggestion

And survivor thinks this game is killer sided meanwhile deathslinger got nerfed and he the only reason I could play against these immersive survivors mains who run and hide at the sound of a heartbeat
