COOLDOWN FOR "PARENTAL GUIDANCE?"
I haven't kept up with DBD lately to know if this was already discussed.
Is there going to be a cooldown on this perk?
How would it work in instances like this:
An injured Survivor pallet stuns the Killer and Parental Guidance activates. The Survivor then fast vaults into a locker with Quick and Quiet, the Killer can't find the Survivor, and then the Survivor gets a Head On stun, and then Parental Guidance activates again (providing there was a ten second+ interval between the pallet stun and the Head On stun).

No cool down as of yet, as far as I’m aware. I haven’t tested or seen it in use myself, but I would presume the timer resets every new stun. That’s how it should work anyways.

Yes, I think you're right. I suspect a cooldown will be added in the future, but for now, I haven't found any indication there is one currently.

In case you weren’t aware they did already nerf it though, down to seven seconds at tier III (I think).

I was not aware, thanks!

I hope they do not put a cool down on it.

Idk why they would, it’s already a useless perk.

Bhvr has a tendency to nerf useless perks anyways.

I tested it with Smash Hit and Quick and Quiet on PTB. It was not fun for killers, for sure.

It's giving me "coup de grace"

######### I forgot about "Smash Hit." You'd be a ghost with that combo!

Yeah but smash hit is a garbage perk even with this. Worst exhaustion perk other than adrenaline and head on

As someone with more killer hours than survivor I see no issue with how it is right now. The cool-down will be wasting pallets and head on stuns which means no dead hard or sprint burst etc which means easier chases.

The perk is fine, it doesn’t need a cooldown.

Idk that situation you mention seems hella specific, I doubt this is possible to pull it off that easily honestly.

It doesn't need a cooldown,it's fine.

Useless sounds a bit harsh.
I always run Head On & DS so it'll just compliment my build even more.

Sounds like you haven't experienced enough success with the perk or the perk combo?
Smash Hit isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Plus, I've seen players use the combo and it's quite effective.

yes its not useless. but, there is no reason to run it over any other exhaustion perk.

I like to run different builds, and I often do ones with quick and quiet, head-on, dance with me, etc. I could get a lot of use out of that perk with no cooldown, but that's because I would tailor my build and play style around it.
