Triage requirements?
Going for this achievement that was added today and I can't make sense of what is and isn't counting as a survivor "coming" to me? Any thoughts

im assuming it's when a survivor runs towards you and you then heal them, rather than you running towards them

It seems rather arbitrary as to whether it counts or not even if they come from a million miles away to get healed. Is there a time limit on how fast you have to heal them? If they come up to you on a gen and help finish it and then you heal them, does that count?

As long as you are within 16m of where you were when they got hit, it will count. But they have to come to you.
It's quite a tricky one to explain simply.

could it be.. that its still "chessable" i just had a match where i only healed 2 people and still got 1. The first was after an Unhook and the 2nd after an unhook but i went back to the position i was when she got hit. 1 of them counted towards the trophy somehow.
also would for the people work for this?
