An Azami Kurotani legendary would be perfect for Sadako.
For anyone who doesn't know, Azami Kurotani is a character in Uzumaki, one of the most well known horror mangas ever made. There's a good chance you've seen this particular panel though.
This would require some major visual changes, but I really think this would work for various reasons.
- TVs could be replaced with holes in the ground that spiral downwards, and which she crawls out of.
- The visual effect of her phasing from visible to invisible could look similar to how the spiral literally consumes her body in the ending of the chapter she appears in, shown below:
- A new mori would be a good idea, maybe something like how she kills Okada just before the above scene.
- The attack animation would actually be fine how it is since the weapon could literally be a spiral itself.
- The built-in mori, the inexorable stare, would actually be fine as is too I think. No reason it can't be a shot of Azami's spiral-eaten face.
- Uzumaki is getting an anime adaptation soon, seems like the best time for this to happen.
This could also set up the opportunity to make killer sets worth buying. So far, a custom lullaby/sfx is the most creative change besides the visual part that we've gotten. Actually changing the power visuals and adding new moris would make killer sets much more interesting and worth the money.

Problem though, it's a licensed character, so they're not gonna make a skin out of it for another different licensed character to wear.
