Does anyone have any tips for achieving triage?
Because I'm running Empathic Connection with healing perks and every single match, my teammates will completely ignore my aura. So does anyone have any suggestions / advice on how they managed to achieve it?

Just play the game. In some weeks you will get it by default.

The actual requirements to get it are extremely ill-designed.
Run empathic connection and stay in the same spot. That's it.

Unless the cut off point is within 16m of where you were when they were originally injured, then it won't count towards the achievement, as per clarification from Mandy on the requirements of the achievement.

The trophy has super dumb requirements.
The survivor who gets injured has to get hit at leat 16m away from me, and when I heal them, I have to be within 16m of where I was when they were initially hit.
So in short, just cutting them off with empathy wouldn't work.

just play normal until you get it. I'm 1/3 there without even trying.

Pray your team doesn't run any boons, because they could be within 32 meters of you when they're injured, the killer might run away, then they'll run 96 meters across the map to a boon instead of the 32 meters to your aura you're giving off with Empathic connection while you're running about a 100% heal speed increase between the rest of your perks and medkit.
Basically, you're just going to have to grind it out because your teammates are gonna be dumb.
