Нет, сброс всегда происходил примерно с 12 до 13:00 по мск, сегодня по каким-то причинам его не было. Но как я уже сказал есть неоффициальная инфа что будет в 4 утра по МСК, это время может еще и измениться. Будем ждать официальной инфы.
