Oniro
Does anyone know why?

I've only played against the Onryō once, but they weren't toxic or anything
3 -
from my experience survivors are toxic more often
32 -
Because it's very gratifying to win as a weak killer against cocky survivors. Surely you'd also celebrate your underdog victory from time to time?
9 -
You guys are seeing Onryo's?
20 -
What are your thoughts on Cabbage? Personally I like it :)
5 -
Yes, pretty often atm.
4 -
I don't claim them
0 -
Sadako get bullied by survivor.
2 -
What is BM'ing?
0 -
Yall are actually seeing her?I'm yet to play against Sadako.
2 -
You people say this about any killer that breathe in your general direction or manage to kill you so is it really an Onryo thing at this point ?
12 -
doing things specifically to aggravate other people. hitting on hook, t-bagging, clicking, etc. stuff that gives you no advantage but is annoying to deal with, for some people at least
4 -
Bad Manners.
Like hitting a hooked survivor, intentionally killing survivors by slugging as in they didn´t hook even once and camping the first survivor you hook. (if there are still 4/5 gens left)
as survivor it would be teabagging at exit gates, after stuns, flashlight macros and using the fashionable Pied Piper, Strode Key and Puzzle piece.
Any one of these are just annoying the other side and is most likely extending the queue times.
1 -
Wouldn't know still have yet to se one. If you are referring to me...You deserved it I'm sure.
0 -
I've only seen one in about fifteen games.
1 -
Hitting on hook is bad manners? Have you heard how loud you guys scream?
1 -
The one thing i've noticed is once someone is unhooked, they tend to immediately teleport to the closest TV and tunnel the unhooked player.
2 -
This behavior describes a lot of players on both sides regardless of which character they play. It’s nothing new

I thought Sadako was weak when I first played her and asked for buffs on her. However, after playing her a bit, I think she's a lot stronger than people think. She's not Blight or Nurse but she's alright.
1 -
Have mute focus active and tab out during the hooking animation. Click back in just after it's finished. Bam, silent hooks
2 -
Ice been seeing a lot more Onryos being toxic then any other killer.
0 -
Had one today that tunneled me down, hit me on the hook and shook their character no at me because I cleansed their devour hope totem. I guess when you lose that bad you gotta make up for it by being toxic.
1 -
This is kind of a silly comment. OP was talking about players being toxic with the new killer and was asking why that might be. He wasn't asking which side does it more... 🤦♂️
4 -
You people? She's literally one of the only killers I play against who bm for no reason.
0 -
ugh, none of what the OP mentions is toxic.
Bleeding out is just a game mechanic, being hit on hook can't hurt you it just wastes killer's time which works in your team's favor.
Waiting at the exit games is tedious but just break stuff and spam your power for points or chase em out if you don't want to wait.
The sensitivity level of players is just beyond comprehension.
There is obnoxious play I'm not a huge fan of it but its not toxic. In fact it has a purpose because it tilts your opponent and angry people make bad decisions. Why does camping work? because survivors get all pissy and make bad plays and you win as a result. Why flashlight clicking work? because killers get annoyed and commit to bad chases and make bad decisions allowing your team to win even if you may die.
Unless every Sadako player is breaking the rules as defined by the game or abusing you post game then its really not toxic.

I am not cocky. In fact, me and my SWF played against her constantly. We are not cocky.

Bleeding a survivor out when there are no other objectives in the trial is being toxic. Especially since there was a hook right next to her, she was constantly swinging too. I highly doubt that someone would bleed out to gain an advantage. ITS JUST WASTING EVERYONES TIME. ITS BEING TOXIC. PERIOD.
2 -
Its just a different way to die in game stop being so sensitive. There is a bleed out timer it doesn't take that long. Think of it as a thematic death.
In the grand scheme of things it matters not one bit. I crawl for dear life when I bleed out, horror movie style.
2 -
Remember this when you are all at the exit waiting to teabag the killer. It's wasting everybody's time
4 -
I don't teabag the killer at the gate. Also you can force the survivors out when they are at the gate, so you are wrong
4 -
So I'm being sensitive because it's wasting my time?
Also I have school and work, I'm not trying to waste time getting bled out. I don't have that much time to play this game.

You guy playing again? :)

Camping and map offerings are not BM'ing.
1 -
This is just smart play.
4 -
If your tunneling at 3/4/5 gens your just being a scumbag.

Quite frequently tbh, and except a few outliers, none were 'toxic' or anything. They just played normally. One was extremely friendly too and let me and my friend go after I traded hook during EGC :)

She doesn't talk at all during the whole movie, she needs to let it all out now that the entity gave her a chat feature.

You are the Goodest boy
1 -
Now we know whatever standard you have used to define whether an Onryo is BM'ing is biased and useless.
2 -
Yes you are being to sensitive.
The second quote is a good example, its basically "this person played in a way I don't like they must be a scumbag" Its a really unhealthy mindset to have and will make the game more miserable for you and make you more likely to wig out over nothing. Like dieing in a computer game.
Work and school is a lame excuse, eveyone has responsibilities if you're that time crucnhed stop playing games and get your work done.
A 4 min wait in a game aint gonna kill you. (Actually its a bleed out timer so I guess it does kill you HA that's fozzy bear funny that is).
Basically this is 100% a you problem, camping, tunneling, flashlight blinding, stunning, DH, BNP, offerings doesn't make anyone a scumbag at all and to think that of another player just because you don't like it and can't deal with losing is just you taking the game too seriously.
Its a hard pill to swallow but personal growth is never easy.

Don't forget the forums are an echo chamber for perpetually upset, mostly killer mains.
0 -
Haven't experienced that myself. I don't usually experience much toxicity from the killer. Not enough to point out specific killers as being more likely to have toxic people.

If you are going to not read what I just said then don't comment on the post.

It was a response to what you coupled with an example of what you said to demosntrate my point.
Your replies haven't adressed it, you've only deflected.
I'm sorry if you feel attacked by that statement but like I said, personal growth is never easy.
Start with "If I get tunneled and die in a game it doesn't matter because its only a game". Its not your oponent is a scumbag, its not an attack on your personal fun, its not something to rage over, its just part of the game.
The Onryo players aren't being toxic for no reason they are just playing the game, they may not play it in a way that you like but that's a you issue not a them issue.

You're kidding right?
Or just tap the mouse button and scream ends. Just seems like such a convoluted work around and there are only a couple of survivors you need to tap because of the screechy scream.
I personally don't know why people get so agro over being hit on hook. Isn't it in theme for the killer to stab you again after hooking you?
