Just wanna say im in the same boat as you guys. I play ps5 and bought the dlc on release and I haven't gotten it either.

Oh we already know about this.,... And it's the most piss poor cookie cutter answer I've ever came across and I finally got a reply back about the ticket request and they sent me the same thing

i actually made two request this was the first one, i made 2nd one like yesterday or saturday giving more full description....like a damn essay about it.... and after sending it i went to the email where it confirmed i send and told me to add anything to to the emailll i add both links here and the one in the bug section

Coming back to what I said earlier PS4 or PS5 only. Did any of you guys purchase the Chapter on the PlayStation Store instead of with Auric Cells?

I own dbd for ps4, switch and pc. Today I started the game on my switch and pc to see if I'll get the charm and... I got it. On ps4 I've played everyday since the update, but no charm. I own the dlc for ps4, but not for pc or switch. That fact bothers me the most.
I play on ps4 on a daily basis, the last time I've played dbd on my switch was like one year ago and the last time I've played it on pc was during the lurking stripes event in January.
What a weird easter egg tbh.

This is really weird, I will login to dbd on switch and xbox after work today, haven't really played on there for a long time though

Assuming that you're on PlayStation and that the people that bought any of the characters with cells got it. Which is weird since it seems every platform except PS may just be getting it for free regardless of purchase. Yet the type of way you purchased the Chapter might be affecting it only on PlayStation

I know people on PlayStation that got the charm but they didn't buy the Chapter, they got the characters through Auric Cell. Its so strange, honestly. We're on Day 7 with no charm today guys :(

Can't you only get the jumpscare if you have sadako selected (like the konami easter egg with pyramid head) ?
And people said they got it without owning the dlc. (Still an interesting theory m8)

This. I would like to know if any Xbox, Switch or STEAM users are having the same problem because they bought the Sadako Rising chapter on their platforms store. Or if it seems to be only exclusive to PlayStation chapter buyers?

I'm on ps4. I won code from fog whisperer on release day. I got the charm on the 15th.

This makes me wonder tbh, cause if there are codes out there for this charm, wouldn't that mean not everyone is supposed to get it by logging in and waiting for the second tape? Why giving away codes, when everyone has the chance to get it randomly, some sooner, some later? It's getting more and more confusing.

i wish someone would just tell us something. With all the activity here, you’d think we would. It definitely seems like a bug on PlayStation. Everyone I have seen on Twitter with this issue, are also on PlayStation.

I also bought the dlc from the playstation store on day 1 and haven’t gotten the intro. I’ve done everything, restarted over 100 times, gotten the same cookie cutter email response and nothing. It really seems like a bug.

I don't own the DLC in fact I only bought Yoichi from the in-game store and I got the charm randomly like 4 days later. There are also people without owning any of the DLC or characters who got it so I don't think it's tied to the DLC or has anything to do with Playstation.

It’s really odd, like I said in an earlier post..I received the charm yesterday on my switch. I do not own the chapter and I have never once played public on it. I only login for the BP and codes. I purchased the switch version for the trapper exclusive. I do however own the DLC on my PS5, as well all the cosmetics linked to the DLC. I play regularly on it. So I personally believe at this point it is bugged. I wish someone would acknowledge this post, and clear up this whole mess.
