Buying Discounted Characters With Iridescent Shards

So I saw that they disabled being able to buy characters that were on sale with shards because of a bug or something. But now the flash sale is over so we just never got to buy anyone with a discounted shards now? No extension on the sale or anything?

    I agree. I was depending on that sale to get a couple new characters and now I don’t have a chance due to a bug. I think the iridescent shard sale should come back for a few days without a sale on auric cells. It’s just fair for the players who missed out due to a bug and not a decision from the devs

    I'd like to know if they will discount the same items again or change them next time. We spotted the sale on time and yet we don't get to buy anything?!?

    At this time, we are not able to provide further information on when the discounts with the Shards will return and we are deeply sorry for not being able to provide more information on this situation for you.

    Does this mean the sale will come back as soon as they can fix it or it will come back with the next flash sale in a couple months? I don’t mind waiting as long as it’s coming when they fix it on the technical side

    That sounds rough to wait a while knowing I missed an amazing deal. I always love to save shards or auric cells that I’ll need eventually

    From what we've been told, they'll be re-creating the sale at a later date due to this bug.

    I only know there was a bug with discounting characters with iridescent shards. Don’t know any specifics
