Lobby wait time SWF (ps4)

Anyone else got problems with long wait times for a lobby? I'm in a 2-man SWF and we've been waiting over an hour just for one game. Yesterday it was also pretty bad. Meanwhile, wait times for solo are mostly okay.. SWF seems to be the problem. Not only are the wait times long, but we also got problems with being disconnected from the host (the SWF lobby) while searching for a game or seperately getting thrown out of lobbies we joined... It's such a mess and quite frankly, unacceptable that waiting for 1 game that mostly is over after 15-20 minutes, can take over an hour (yet sometimes, we find a lobby within seconds so I suspect the problems are not due to a shortage of players). I really wish someone could look into this.

    I have experienced all these issues as well. Lobby wait times as a killer or solo survivor are pretty reasonable. But SWF lobbies are super inconsistent. I've had times where lobbies were almost instant and I've had a number of times where the wait was 30+ minutes. I haven't been able to figure out any rhyme or reason either. I thought for a while that maybe if you had large differences in survivor levels that it would make it worse, but I don't think that is the case anymore since I've had lobbies with all survivors within a level or so of each other and it is still terrible. This is a problem that definitely needs looked into.

    Thanks, good to know we're not the only ones... Doesn't help with the frustration but I really hope those issues are being recognized. We're just now waiting for half an hour again. Been playing maybe 4 games since we started 3 hours ago. Finding a lobby, getting disconnected again. Waiting for another unspecified time frame, maybe 2 Minutes, maybe 40 just to get disconnected once more. I randomly get network issues but my Internet comnection is fine. I'm really a little annoyed at this point.
    Edit: we're also the same rank so that really can't be the problem.

    Also, others are getting thrown out of full lobbies so we're 3 survivors waiting and presumably, the lobby bug kicks in, forcing the killer to cancel the lobby because for what feels like years, no one joins. (still waiting for a game since OP btw)

    Rank 7 atm (have been rank 1 before reset, had similiar issues sometimes, but right now it's really really bad)

    Yeah I found after rank reset around 1 - 8 are bad. Probably another week until it returns to normal in my experience. But yeah SWF is buggy. Combined with rank reset I usually switch to killer after I hit around r6 on survivor for awhile.
