update consoles ?

when do they put the console update to cert cause i know it take 3-4 days to be check and everything that if it need it and then the update can go live when the devs want it to be wich atleast for xbox and it confuses me on why the update is coming out in weeks after as the devs siad

    There is no set duration for the certification process. It can take weeks, which is probably why they said in the coming weeks.

    no it’s not i can use warframe for reference thier update small 2-3 days then the let it go live when thenwant and if it’s a big update it take 2-4 days so weeks still don’t make sense and if it failed they would of learned that 2 days after sending it to cert so weeks don’t make sense for xbox i am not sure about sony

    no literally the cert process is three days for xbox no longer then that if it failed they fix what failed and send it to re cert it so yeah no weeks unless it failed

    Because its better to give yourself extra time in case the certification does not go through the first time.

    I been using Xbox long before dead by daylight even existed right back to the original. Now when it comes to dlcs even games if released for all formats the cert is no more then 4 days even Microsoft themselves confirmed that unless there a problem then there will be a slight delay but not weeks

    yeah more then likely cause it take 1-3/4 days to go thought cert then the devs then selfs can make it live on a date they want

    no not it’s not it especially when they blame xbox and sony for the update and say it up to them meaning in cert but that takes 1-3 days sometimes 4 but that’s all not a week

    Please remember, when the Huntress came out. We Xbox gamer needed about 2 weeks to wait for the certification.
    Freddy was about 7 days later as pc. And remember the SAW CHapter, it came first on Xbox ^^

    Maybe we are lucky and get the new chapter at the end of the week. Or next week. We need to be patient.

    Please remember when ps4 “got” lullaby it didn’t even work for a solid week. So we waited for certification. Got it, but the dlc didn’t even work.

    Exactly. There’s only so many times people are willingly to be “patient” before they just start to get annoyed

    just so you know that’s the devs fault cause it take 3-4 days to go thought cert then it goes live when deals wa t it to if it failed they get told 1-2 days thst it failed and then the devs fix the issue and send t back to cert

    ture and to don’t help they don’t say when the put the update into cert and if it passes or not but that might be so they can blame xbox and don’t for the delay instead of saying we sent it in it failed we are working on it  something like that might stop console players getting annoyed and it don’t help the disable stuff because of the update console players don’t have
