CONTEST: if X was as strong as Sprint Burst/Hex Ruin

Welcome to the ULTIMATE PERK CONTEST.

I will CHALLANGE YOU, to take a RANDOM PERK that isn't really used in this meta and POST a comment of YOUR REWORK.
The idea is that you must make whatever perk you are reworking AS STRONG as Sprint Burst/Hex Ruin, to the point where you believe "At this point, people will start hesitating to pick my perk over the other".

Your comment will contribute to DEMONSTRATING how WEAK certain perks are and how half of the current perks are UNUSABLE. This discussion aims at suggesting to the Devs HOW MUCH MORE FUN the game would be if actually all perks were usable, survivor's and killer's perks alike.

There is 1 RULE: Your rework MUST BE THEMATICALLY CONSISTENT with the concept of that perk.
Whether you change the numbers or make it do something completely new Entirely, it's up to you!

    alright, ima gonna focus on the killer perks here, so pls dont expect any survivor perks in my rework list:

    Beast Of Prey
    -when in a chase, press the active ability button ('e') in order to deactivate your red stain for 30 seconds.
    -this Perk has a cooldown of 90 seconds
    -gain 50% more BP in the hunter cathegory

    Bitter Murmur
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Bloodhound
    -blood is considerably brighter
    -blood lasts 6 seconds longer than usual
    (i still think blood should be on top of tall grass instead of under it...)

    Coulrophobia
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Dying Light
    -each time your obsession gets hooked, Dying Light gets a token
    -all Survivors gain a 5/7/9% action speed decrease for each token

    Fire Up
    -each time a generator is complete, gain a token
    -2 tokens: gain +10% action speed
    -3 tokens: gain +15% action speed
    -4 tokens: gain +20% action speed

    Franklyn's Demise
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Hangman's Trick
    -you gain a noise notifcation if a survivor starts sabotaging your stuff
    -sabotaged hooks / traps will respawn within 10 seconds
    (the sabotage notification works like the tinkerer notification: a bubble with the thing the survivor is trying to sabotage)

    Hex: The Third Seal
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Hex: Thrill Of The Hunt
    -gain a noise notifiation when a survivor starts cleansing a hex totem
    -gain a token for each totem on the map
    -gain +10% more BP in the chaser cathegory for each token
    -survivors gain a 6% speed penality for each token when they cleanse
    -shows what totem is what perk

    Knock Out
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Lightborn
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Monstrous Shrine
    -+15% faster entity progression
    -+25% increased difficulty to free yourself from the hook
    -1 less try for escape attempts
    -affects all hooks

    Overwhelming Presence
    -every item inside your terrorradius will lose 1 charge per second, as long as no survivor is carrying it.
    -when a survivor uses an item, it will be consumed 100% faster

    Play With Your Food
    -each time your obsession escapes, gain a token (maximum 3)
    -for each token, gain 4/5/6% more speed
    -loose 3/2/1 token(s) for attacking your obsession

    Pop Goes The Weasel
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Predator
    -scratchmarks will spawn tremendously closer together
    -a survivor will leave scratchmarks for 1/2/3 seconds after stopping sprinting

    Shadowborn
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Spies From The Shadows
    -when a survivor disturbes a crow within 16/24/36 meters to you, gain a noise notification (bubble with a crow inside)
    -the crows will look at the survivors position, when they are within said 16/24/36 meter radius

    Stridor
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Surveillance
    -Shows you the aura of the last 3 generators in white, as long as no one touched them

    Territorial Imperative
    -Shows you the aura of all survivors inside the basement, as long as you are 32 meters away

    Tinkerer
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    Thanatophobia
    for each injured, hooked or killed survivor, all survivors get a 5/6/7% action speed reduce.

    Unnerving Presence
    -has a 10% higher chance to get a skillcheck
    -skillcheck is reduced by 20/40/60%
    -has a 33/66/99% chance to have the skillchecks appear randomly on your screen.
    -effect only applies when inside the killers terrorradius

    Unrelenting
    -missed swing cooldown is reduced by 40%
    -succesfull attack cooldown is reduced by 25%
    -does not stack

    Whispers
    Does not need a rework in my opinion

    If Alert was stronger, it would show the Killers aura for 3 seconds after a Survivor is hooked.

    Although all of them are buffs, I think you hit the challange the most with:

    Dying Light, Monstrous Shrine, Thanatophobia, unnerving Presence and Unrelenting.

    In order for any of these perks to work or to compete with Hex: Ruin, you'd need Unnerving Presence to basically be the Doctor's Madness attribute in order for it to be competitive xD

    I'll just do 3 since I cba to do more
    Shadowborn- Makes the maps brighter with no downsides. (Basically the old meta version)
    Calm Spirit- You leave no scratch marks during your sprint burst while getting injured and you do not moan while in dying state.
    Botany- 50% for the value.
    Lol op buffs for all 3.

    as you might have noticed in my post, ive tried to keep the changes on a realistic level, so they could be implemented into the game like this without being extremely broken.

    We're Gonna Live Forever

    After performing a safe hook rescue, gain a 25% stackable bonus to bloodpoint gains up to 100%. Upon unhooking a Survivor, the aura of the Killer is revealed to you for 4 seconds.
