Strange Item?

I was spectating a game after i died and I wanted to see if the Claudette make it out, and i noticed an item i'd never seen in her hand. it had that orange/black border, like a flashbang or cure injection, but it was like a coin? or a circle? ive tried to google it several times but i cant find it! dying to know what it is or if anyone else has seen it ?

I'm pretty sure that's a White Glyph, which is a challenge related item. If you escape holding an active one then it gives you like 20k bp.
