SLENDERMAN CHAPTER
EDIT: Removed the noun phrase "Horror Legend" as people fixated on this and ignored the rest of the post, sad face.
If there were to be a Slenderman chapter in the game, people would be pretty excited to see Slender make his debut in arguably his best form: videogames. It just makes so much sense to have him as a killer from the way you as a survivor in his original games acts against him. You even have to activate generators in The Arrival, I mean come on.
Anyway, here's the content I'd like to see if it were ever added:
New Killer: The Slenderman
New Survivor: Lauren Hayes (no confirmed second name, using Kate's as a placeholder)
New Map: Kullman Mine
Lauren comes with her three personal perks:
SCOPATHESIA
You have built an extrasensory phenomenon to perceive when you're being watched. Whenever The Killer looks in your direction for 3 seconds within 12/24/36 metres, The Killer's aura is revealed to you for 2 seconds. Scopathesia can only activate once every 30 seconds.
PATHS NOT BARGAINED
Your devotion to your companions knows no end, pulling you down paths not bargained. Whenever you unhook a Survivor, you do so silently and The Killer will not be notified. For the next 4/5/6 seconds, you and the unhooked Survivor will not alert the killer for any rushed actions.
SELF-RELIANT
Despite being alone and afraid, you remain strong. After escaping a chase, Self-Reliant gains a token. Upon reaching three tokens, your next stun on The Killer will activate Self-Reliant, consume all tokens and stun the killer for an extra 1/1.5/2 seconds.

I mean, he was pretty big in the video game area. In terms of film, it obviously sucked, but I'd love to see him in DbD at some point down the line.

He is definitely one of the killers I'd love to see in DBD but from what I've read his rights are complicated to get : In May 2016, the media rights to Slender Man were sold to production companyΒ Mythology Entertainment, but the company split up in 2019, leaving the ownership of the character's rights in question.
I thought also about his point of view since killers like ringu killer and blight and hag they had or currently have short point of view so the normal pov won't make sense because slenderman is tall and that high of pov will break the game so his pov mostly will be in his chest I don't know if there is a solution to that

Thank you! I really loved Slender: The Arrival, and think that, despite Lauren being mostly silent, she'd make a great survivor in the game.

Oh, I'm sure he'd be semi-popular sure, but I wouldn't say horror legend. That puts him with the likes of Michael Myers, Freddy Kruger, Bubba Sawyer, Jason Vorhees, John Kramer, Amanda Young, Sadako/Samara, Pinhead, etc.
And I've never seen any of those films, for the record, so it isn't just me trying to dick ride.

You're not wrong there, those are the true film horror legends, but when we look at horror video games, which is most definitely a viable category of its own to give birth to new sorts of 'horror legends', I feel that the term is accurate looking at it from this perspective. The first thing many think about when they hear 'horror games' is stuff like FNAF and Slender, the latter dominating the horror side of the internet when he was first created. Still, he's definitely not Michael Myers haha

They could just make him a tad bit taller than Nemesis. His height has been changed a lot over the years through media and what not some make him like very tall, others make him like an average man size tall, and in The Arrival he's only like 3 feet taller than Lauren from her pov which is almost basically Nemesis height kinda but, overall the main height for him cause I just looked it seems to be between 6 to 15 feet. They would probably more than likely do 7 at best cause he'd have to be the tallest killer in the game.

I feel like there's no way to say this in good taste, but someone was literally murdered to "appease slenderman". I feel like that might make him influential enough to be considered a legend.
