Just remove the perk and finish it here
There is a reason why medkits typically have 1 or 2 total heals, because the "Healing" on this game is a very delicate element, something that helps the killer put pressure, which rewards survivors for teamwork by healing themselves each other, but punishing them if they don't teamwork and not heal each other instead of repairing the gens.
With COH and its ability to let the surv self-heal repeatedly and quite quickly, the killer pressure is completely nullified and we remember that many of the killers who adopted a Hit and Run strategy have now become almost completely useless.
It all ends with the killer being forced to do a chase otherwise the surv heals instantly, while the others do the generators, otherwise he drops the Chase, the surv heals and starts a gen.
The bottom line is that the survs will finish the gen in 5 minutes and you may have made 2 hooks.
Now more than before the disparity between Nurse / Blight and the other killers has become even more accentuated, because they are the only killers who can make a chase last a short time, thanks to their potential.
Then, if you are happy with your DATA in which 2 kills and 2 escapes are generally made, then I cannot say anything, even if the 2 kills can be done by tunneling the first and camping the second with NOED, therefore, essentially there was practically no gameplay, the match was boring on both sides but HEY, it was a balanced match 2kills 2 escapes!
COH MUST BE REMOVED.

Just use a medkit. CoH is actually not good at all when you do the math when you can just bring a decent medkit in your games.

Coh is here to stay, i will only agree with you(maybe) when they nerf/rework nurse and nerf blight addons

I don’t see any scenario where COH is removed. I do believe it requires a major nerf though.

I think survivors shouldn't be able to bless (the same totem) over and over.

The problem with boons is that one person can bring it and the entire team has the benefits. Everyone has to bring their own medkit and can't use it unlimited times.

Here to stay? it's the most broken and unfair perk single handedly ruined the meta.

Well then enjoy the increased tunneling and camping until then. Because that is also to stay until a hit and run playstyles is viable again.
And no, the hemorrhage update isn't going to do that. That's just another perk/addon bandaid and a killer loadout only has so many slots.
