Same Perks keep appearing in Survivor Bloodwebs

So, I just leveled up Nea and Meg, and both of them have the same exact rarity of their exhaustion perks.
Uncommon Balanced Landing for Nea, which she starts out with.
And Very Rare Sprint Burst for Meg.
Any idea how to stop this? It's annoying how that ends up being the only perk that I can possibly get...

    Your RNG is through the roof then

    Also if they are tier 3 just get them they wont appear anymore
