Prop Idea: One time quick vault window

I recently played with the idea of a one time vault. It's similar to a breakable wall, but only half the size, as it obviously is a vault. Then I thought about how it could work.

My first idea was for it to be a vault for survivors, but killers can destroy it, creating a door, but I scrapped that, because it has not a single use for the killer.

My next idea was that it's a vault that you can vault quietly over it, and nothing happens, but if you quick vault over it, the window breaks, creating a door. I could imagine this at the shack to prevent looping spots.

The window itself can't be broken when a killer vaults over it, as they do it slowly (Except legion but he may only break it with the red tape)
