How will the new Haemorrhage interact with Solidarity?
Haemorrhage: Whenever you are not healing yourself, your healing progress regresses by 7% per second.
Solidarity: When injured, healing another Survivor without using a Med-Kit also heals you with a Conversion rate of 40/45/50%.
Does healing another survivor with Solidarity equipped count as self-healing?
Edit: Also, how does it interact with Syringe?

I think Solidarity and Resurgence should be immune against new Haemorrhage effect. If they won't, both perks will be worse (they are already not great).
If this perks counter new Haemorrhage, maybe we can see more this perks.

Even if they are immune to it they would still suck

From what it looks like, Solidarity will be sapped by Hemorrhage. Your healing progress bar is drained whenever it is not actively being filled.
Syringe is like an invisible survivor healing up your healing progress bar while you do your thing. It is actively healing you, which means it should not at all be effected by this perk.
Solidarity and Resurgence will be stomped by this effect, though, as the healing granted by its effects will be sapped away slowly.

But if they're not immune, they'll go from sucking to being completely obliterated. At least the sucker's life can be improved upon.

Ideally, you'd be able to get healed by the person you were just healing so I don't imagine Solidarity being affected unless the killer prevents the second heal. Resurgence is more of an issue unless your get healed under the hook.

Would Haemorrhage reduce your heal charges while Solidarity is still building them up, or would it only take effect after you stop healing the other survivor?

good question actually

This shows that some perks are to be deleted altogether unless they are not affected by the new changes.

You forgot Resurgence.
Imagine having a perk that activates twice being rendered worthless for each occassion.
