All killer movement speed at 115.
What about increasing all killer movement speed to 115% (except the nurse).
That way 110% killers can get from one side of the map to the other faster. It would make bigger maps more balanced for slower killers.
Before you say it would throw killer balance out of wack let's just try it in a PTB and see what it's like.

Any map larger than 9000m is not fair for most killers.
On a small map if you shift+w you run a very large risk of running the killer to a generator being repaired. This mechanic is what helps keep small maps balanced.
Having a massive deadzone that lets you run for 20+ seconds changes a map so that only Nurse/Blight have a chance to win.

the difference between a 110 and a 115 moving across pretty much any map is roughly 2 seconds
