is the matchmaking getting fixed? constantly matched with try hard killers with beginner survivors

matched with killers with 1000's of hours in the game, playing nurse with star struck,infections,bbq while i'm matched with beginner console players urban evading around the map not doing generators
all this after a 10 minute wait for a game ......
honestly where is the logic in this ?
