Killers Not Featured So Far (as of Tome X)

So far, through Tome X, almost every killer has been featured in Tome content. Other than the brand new Artist, that leaves Deathslinger and Twins.
Just to explain, Tome content means either lore entries or tome challenges; and provides an original outfit for the featured character. For instance, Tome 6 features Nurse with lore and Oni with challenges.
Hope we see some new content for these three in the next few tomes.

He had a fascinating backstory for sure. Would probably make for a good tv series tbh.
