Someone please hopefully you have advice because I have opened multiple support tickets and not gotten any help at all just “oh don’t worry we’re working on it”. It’s been like this for 6+ months and thru multiple updates. The charm will not place correctly on zarina no matter what charm/cosmetic combo I do. I am playing on Xbox one.

    Does it not usually take them longer than 6 months to fix something? I think you are being a little impatient.
