What I am more impressed of is the fact that you got 2 different photos pixel accurate frame by frame back to back.

I mean, if you look at the images for her body cosmetics, you can see the ink dangling down from that arm which forms her right hand. I'd imagine it would be really hard to hold a weapon or pick up survivors when you canonically have no hands.
The stabby bit is supposed to be a warped version of a palette knife.
