These matchmaking tests sure are a hoot- now what
omg i accidentally hit send on this post before i was done, didn't even get to write an actual title LOL
Anyways... I played yesterday (4/7-4/8) and got a lot of (presumably) low rank killers. Nearly every single one of them was LIVID in post game chat. There was a lot of "I'm reporting you" and whatnot- for literally normal gameplay. It was just sad because... idk what was going on with the test.... but my friends and I should have NEVER been matched up with these killers- we're all rank one and it was a full swf with probably 8k hours amongst us. They were mad over things like flashlight blinding (the one who complained literally had Lightborn), gen rushing, and "rushing and crowding the hook" (???), etc.
Anyways, I actually didn't even want to make a post about this (I literally meant to click cancel instead of save BUT HERE WE ARE) but I guess I'm wondering about that "we're working on banning people who get a bunch of reports!" thing is at right now LOL
I'm going to assume it's not a thing, because if so, RIP 💀

thanks LOL, even if it's a bit silly I was a TINYYY bit worried just cause I'm pretty sure it was like... 5 separate times someone said they reported, just in that one play session of a few hours LOL

To be fair, hook bombing is annoying. The second they do that, I go into hard-core facecamp mode regardless of my killer. I am not going to leave once you show me that card. Hell to the nah.

ok well it's still not reasonably reportable behavior 💀 I'm down for any killer or survivor to be mad or annoyed with whatever they want, but it's kinda weird when they're like "rEpOrTeD" for normal gameplay LOL

I get a REPORTED! every other game and I'm sure I'll still kicking around for a while.
I got destroyed by a really well coordinated hook sabo MOM squad tonight gotta tip my hat to em they did well got 1k in the EGC by luck. What was funny is even with the light hearted back and forth in the endgame one guy still accused me of being mad and tunneling him because I couldn't get a hook.
Even if you are genuinely having a laugh with folks post game and everyone is sharing some GG's, some people will still act out their little head cannon that you are angry and they are some kind of victim of your terrible gameplay.
This community is tiresome, props to the other three in that match.
Not gonna lie it was a hard game and I wanted to rest my head after that one with a couple of rounds of no chase chillin it basement trapper, both games went well even with the salty DC's in the second. Aparently I'm the worst person in the world for locking down the shack with traps and riding it out to a 3K with NOED.
I've hit my limit for interaction with DBD players for the evening, I'd play some more if there were solo custom game bots but as for PVP I've had my fill.
