Could be anything, from the Killer Power, Add-ons, Survivor/s, Perks, etc.

Well I’ve seen a really cool IT concept and I think he’s should have 3 different colored balloons that he can put down and it that 32m radius it would do something so like red ballon slower healing blue balloon slower progress on gens and yellow balloon make survivors slower and make a sewers map with the giant mountain of toys and floating kids in the center
