Trickster vs Huntress
Hi, so I'm currently saving shards for Trickster and I was wondering, what advantages he has when compared to Huntress? Obviously his lullaby is way more quiet but thats all I can think about. Is there anything else?

He is weak version of Huntress. Bunny is still best range killer. You should get Trickster because his perks are good but Bunny is much better than him.

He’s far more forgiving if you miss. One missed blade? No worries, just spam another 40. Can also face camp close enough to Bubba’s level, particularly if main event is held near full charge.
Can also use add-ons to hit multiple targets at once and around objects.

He's not actually all that similar to Huntress, he's almost more similar to Plague in that he has to continually hit someone to fill a meter before the damage is done, and he has an """improved""" version of his power earned through using the regular version a lot. Main Event is categorically worse than Corrupt Purge, though. Beyond being ranged and reloading at lockers, the way his power functions isn't all that similar.
If we are comparing them, though, there are a few upsides. As noted above, he's more forgiving if you miss, and there are neat gaps in certain structures like the Shack's boarded up windows that he can throw knives through but that Huntress couldn't get a hit through. He's also, and this isn't really mechanical but still matters, infectiously fun to play as due to his constant vocalisations and sick sound effects, so there's that to consider!

Trickster is a bit more "guaranteed" damage in the sense that every loop you do, you can force at least 2 knives on a survivor. Eventually this will lead to a health state. Meanwhile, charging hatchet can be tricky when the survivor loops really tight.
Huntress is way easier and way more forgiving though. Trickster is NOT easier just because he has more knives. If he still had his 66 knives base I may have agreed, but not now.

The difference between Huntress and Trickster is that Trickster is weaker, more annoying less fun and less satisfying. But he doesn't get punished at all for missing knives, as Huntress does
