Did the non-licensed survivors/killers live in a world where Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Saw, and other such movies played in their theaters, or were the concepts of these people's existence unknown to them until they entered the realm of The Entity?

    I don't remember which stream it was, but the devs said that the Entity pulled people like Bill out of alternate universes. I would imagine that it's possible they already knew of those characters from tv and movies, but I would bet that they didn't
