I had a killer admit he deliberately tried to created lag and I can support it with video evidence. Can the killer get banned?

Ok, so how were they intentionally creating lag?

@dugman by uploading a video while playing (which did not work). He said that he did that specifically to create lag, not because he happened to want to play while uploading.

Yeah, that’s still bannable. Intentionally lagging the game to make things difficult for opponents is considered an exploit.
