Boon: Dark Theory is the worst Boon
A 2% haste status is basically just putting the haste icon on your screen for decorative purposes.
I legitimately struggle to see a scenario where this Boon is worth using by itself. All other similar Survivor Haste perks are 7% haste (Blood Pact, Guardian, Hope and Breakout). If the Devs were super worried about Haste stacking they could just code it out so only one Haste perk can be in effect at a time.

Well yeah. Killers complain about Exponential, COH and Shadow Step already because they can be really strong. There's a reason Killers don't complain about Dark Theory right now

it could at least be 2/3/4% based on tiers. but free survivor movement speed is hard to balance, i would just change the perk entirely. perhaps something like exhaust cooling down even while running in that area. or having a shorter cooldown, idk.
it could also be something like wake up or make you immune to some status effects while in that zone. but that would probably be broken.

I think exponential is worse honestly but they both suck and as long as boons work the way they do neither of those perks can be any good.
