DBD support

Hi, can I ask how long does it take to get a response from dbd support? On April 18, my steam account was stolen, after getting the account back, I went into the game normally and all my unlocked characters have prestige III. I have lost my progress experience, I need to reset the game to my original state. I've been waiting for an answer for several days, I'm afraid to play normally so as not to get a ban.

    When I lost my progress I waited almost a week to get an answer

    hang in there buddy, you'll get a response soon enough :)

    It shouldn't be more than a few days before getting an answer from Support, they are very busy though and the weekend is coming up so I would expect early next week.
