Yes, and it is awful, noticably worse in ever single way that isn't giving you harder and harder matches. This isn't me being whiny, I'm genuine, this game has gotten substantially harder and I've been having to be a scumbag since this MMR change has happened

i asked because we went against the same huntress 2 days in a row ( i play with my friends). playing killer now is the same old match, just different survivors. well, at this point its just survivor 'skins' because they all play the same. killer matches are abysmal, i wondered why i had so many cakes left over from 2 years ago on killers, guess this is why. now i just play at night with my friends and never else really, apart from the odd attempt to grind out BP which never works because cake + bp perks usually means survivors sweat it out and i get nothing out of it.

But it wont do much, what they changed isnt fixing the issues SBMM is creating.
While there are in game issues like big maps, DH, Cherry blossom, tiles and their setups creating alot of issues and certainly dont help SBMM the system itself is flawed.
I dunno why people thought lowering the cap would help, will just push people down so the tops sweaty with no variation, the bottom is weird and the middle is cramped with all players so it can be hit an miss.

Sadly, yes. I don't really know how BHVR did it considering how bad the SBMM already was, but both my survivor and my killer games have been noticeably even worse.

EPIC fail by the developers. It is harder than ever. Patrick mentioned he cared about brining in new people into the game and satisfying the streamers with variety - which means 90% of us in the middle are just grind meat. The insult is that any event brings out the highest tier killer which entirely removes all the fun.

Checking from the Steam profiles after my games I believe they made the pool to select players bigger so now the % of getting paired with bad players is higher. Also Ive been noticing 1 Survivor has a huge amount of hours (like 1500-2000 or even more) 2 have around 1000 and there is 1 with less than 500, Solo teams are extremely unbalanced.
