Being placed into lobbies with 120ms+

Started happening roughly 20 minutes ago, every instant lobby is now 120+ ms versus the usual 40-60ms.
However, if I sit in my character lobby for half a minute before readying up (as survivor) the next lobby will be 40-60ms again.

It's a bug that sends you to the wrong region.
The easiest fix is to just restart the client.
