Double Boots Billy seriously needs a nerf
Seriously. How was this allowed.
When you combine Dad Boots with Spiked Boots, it creates a really uncounterable combo. There is nothing you can do again this because if you end up avoiding his chainsaw, guess what?
He can instantly turn around and down you. There is no way to strafe or anything to avoid his chainsaw with this combo.
And before you say to hold W, on most open maps that won't matter because he can catch up in seconds.
Even on indoor maps, with this combo you have so much control over your chainsaw it's unfair.
And I understand that it's one of the only things Billy has going for him, but that doesn't mean it should be allowed.

You can literally follow his line of pathing to counter it. Or you know..... just use a window. Overall it sounds like you just hid around a rock or circle a jungle gym in a way he can land a chainsaw.
Honestly not that hard to look where he is and knowing where he can and can't curve with double boots and should come naturally if you played against it at least once.

I never thought I'd see a nerf billy thread in 2022.
The turning addons are only really good for making map traversal that tiny bit easier. If the billy you played against actually instantly pulled a 180 he was cheating or abusing some bug or something as that shouldn't be possible.

If it was mid-sprint then it was def some sort of bug or he was just hacking. Keep in mind that the cross-play icon could also mean epic games so him having a hacked client isn't out of question.

I can't see how him having these 2 add-ons changes the counterplay to him. His chase design is so safe for survivors. He has to make crazy reads to even get you with his chainsaw.
Not once he starts the sprint. Once he starts it, it locks his camera facing forward, which throws off his aim and denies him point-blank saws sometimes.

"Immediately adjust his camera" ? Bruh I've literally seen the maximum turn rate of double boots. You can definitely go inside his lines and not be hit by it. Even with boots his 180 is still noticeably wide, like wide enough to not 180 inside a jungle gym if hes next to the outside wall.
Like the turning takes a solid 12-16 meters top make a full 180 and you say "he can just turn and hit you" makes it sound like you're running into him. This was either an exploit or it was the strong turning billy gets at the start of his charge. In which case it was your bad for being to close
What you are discribing of billy doing a 180 mid sprint should not be possible.
Boot addons or not.
I would suggest playing some billy matches yourself and seeing if you can replicate it. If you can record it and submit it as a bug

Billy doesn't have any problematic addons, and even if he did it certainly isn't double boots which is basically a meme combo.

There's counters to pretty much everything, you just have to learn how to do it. Just because you can't do it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
The only real things that I've seen that doesn't have counters is Iron Will (literally nothing killers can do), Boons (again, nothing killers can do), and a smattering of other survivor perks.

Literally he can’t turn that much even with boots add-ons so you were definitely facing some hacks if he could turn around 180 degrees. Not even his best add-ones doesn’t need more nerfs

I've played Billy since the time when you could "flick". You probably dont know what that means but what I can tell you now is that Billy post flick removal but before the most recent nerf had more "turning power" than he has now with best addons. How? Because in the past you could alter the steering sensitivity in the config and this was 100% allowed.
It was actually possible back in the day to play Billy on PC and turn better with the controller while in a saw sprint than you could with the mouse. The mouse creates imaginary drift while the controller does not.
What you encountered was almost certainly a cheater or a fluke bug that can't be repeated.

Billy is not that good. You faced a god-tier Billy player, that’s all. He already got nerfed into the ground which is why you barely see him in matches anymore. He doesn’t need any more nerfs.

I'm always able to make a very sharp turn with him as soon as his dash starts. Within a second, he's locked into that direction, even with both boots.
