Why is the update on Wednesday?

Usually the updates come on Tuesday and the tome on Wednesday. Is it going to be like this from now on, or?

Yeah that's how it usually is. Update on Tuesday and new tome on Wednesday

Some times chapters/mid chapters will have a different date than the expected one - that's why we always say to wait until we confirm this information.
