Thoughts on this seeing the killer aura's in chases build?
Perks: Built To Last, Streetwise.
Item: Skeleton Key.
Addons: Blood Amber (see killer's aura within 32 meters) + Prayer Beads.
The perks, Skeleton Key + Prayer Beads are all simply to increase the amount of time you can use the key before it is depleted.
So whenever you're at a loop that you can't see over like a junglegym, use the key, see the killer's aura. Should be good for at least one chase, I guess. Go for refills with Built To Last.
Thoughts? Also you could even use Ace In The Hole too to re-use the addons if you escape.

Yea I haven't given it a go yet but I will when I next play. See if I can make some use out of my keys and addons I never use.

Keys used in this way are slept on a lot. I'd say it's almost overkill to have Built To Last on, but it depends on how much you're going to use the key. If you just limit use to chases the game should be over by the time the key+Streetwise runs out.

I don’t like holding R2 on PS controller while running; just not comfy for me.
It’s a really underrated and effective build tho... at least extends the chase for a bit, if you use it properly

This is actually a build I play with quite often.
BTW open handed works with the aura reading as well, adding an extra 16 meters. You can essentially always know where the killer is and what he is doing without risking yourself.

Prolly better to just use alert instead of streetwise imo. If you are getting chased enough you need all that key you are gonna be dropping a good amount of pallets, and alert you don't have to slow down to use.

I've done with dark sense it's fun seeing the killers aura the whole game pretty much

Aura reading is mad strong on keys. It's funny watching killers mindgame themselves LIVE while you walk away entirely
One of the last times I used it I was against a tunneling Trickster on the game so I didnt feel bad about it. Poor dude kept thinking surely, SURELY this time I'll win the basement god pallet mind games....nope.

I'd add Alert to that build too.
