can you get expert and skilled at the same time if you just do the expert achievement first, or do you have to escape 8 times with 2 perks and 8 times with 3 to get each?

    I think you have to do it 8 times with 3 perks.

    Then another 8 times with just two perks.

    Universal (non character perks if I remember).
