PC - Can't Redeem Codes By Hitting Enter

Step 1: Open up DBD
Step 2: Go to in game store
Step 3: Click 'Redeem Code' and type in a code e.g. PRIDE2022
Step 4: Hit enter
As you can see in the screenshot, the cancel and redeem buttons are somewhat meshed together rather than being to the left and right of the redeem screen, so when you hit enter it thinks you're actually cancelling rather than hitting redeem. You can still redeem codes by pressing the redeem button (something I just figured out) but not by hitting enter.
