Is there a stereotype for Cheryl mains?
I curious for I, myself, am a Cheryl main and I was wondering if there are any notable stereotypes for players of the protagonist of Silent Hill 3

I had bad experiences with cybils as a killer but I don't judge people based on characters they play, just individual people based on their actions in game.

They're all wonderful people, especially the Jeryls.

Outside of the Jeryl thing mentioned above, they can be troll-y with repressed alliance. Not much really going on for her.

Jeryl players are cultured and based. Only met 1 bad Jeryl.
Base Cheryl can be a little DC happy, especially if they have the Ketchup Stain Vest
But I only have good things to say about Lisa's.

If you're playing killer and you see a P3 Cheryl in your Lobby get ready to be looped for 4 gens they're just in a different league than the others survivors.
As a Silent Hill enjoyer myself I always give hatch to Heather or any others silent hill characters.
but yeah Cheryls are great loopers from my experiences.

I disagree. I'm a P3 Cheryl player and I suck absolute rear-end at the game! 😂 I just play Cheryl cause I think she's super cute, among other things.

If macro and teabags are nice then sure lol. These are the ones I'm getting often.
I also got nasty messages from some of them.
But like I said not everyone is the same. And no I don't judge neas or any other character just because of that.

Jeryls - An absolute GODS at the game. They'll sacrifice everything to save you, they're always prepared for everything.
Cybils - Never had a good experience with them, they always act like they're new to the game, but it's not possible, cuz who would buy dlc and a skin if they were new.
Lisas - the most altruistic people you'll ever see, they really take being a nurse to another lvl. Great roleplay, 10/10, i want more of them.
Cheryls on it's own are usually either really good players of absolute goofballs, but games with them are never boring. And i don't know a single person who thinks that Cheryl has a bad stereotype :D

In my experience as a killer player: Cheryls like to meme around, but they don't show it until you initiate. They're like the introvert that instantly turns extrovert the second something that interests them is mentioned. On the outside they seem like your average Dbd player, but the second I decide to stop playing serious and ######### around, the Cheryls are all over it. In fact I just recently had a match where I had a pretty intense tbag contest with a couple Cheryls as ghosty.

Jeryl is an abomination and cannot get patched out fast enough.

Most Cheryl's I get are good at looping and being altruistic.
Lisa's are really altruistic, so much to the point where they would sacrifice themselves trying to body block for someone.
Cybil's are kind of a mixed bag. Some act completely new and then decide to throw everything at you, and then others are just really good at the game and don't hide it.
James's are ok, they're usually decent players who help the team.

Lisa mains are either Good or REALLY BAD
James mains are Always Good
Cybil Mains are GODLY

Jeryl is simply too powerful to be rid of so easily. You can never escape Jeryl. Ahead of you, all you will find is Jeryl for every day you continue to exist.

To me, Cheryls are the wildcards.
You can go entire games without seeing them, but they somehow managed to keep the killer occupied for 3 minutes on their own.
They can be gen-jockeys
They can be utterly oblivious
They can be the ones that will make sure you get out of that trial, no matter what
They can be the ones that want the hatch over everything else
Truly, an ungraspable species.

Jeryl - Usually pretty good players, will meme around sometimes, usually gets camped or tunneled by killers
Lisa - Will most likely always save you off the hook. Always heals you and doesn't just run away after unhook
Cybil - Be wary, might run right into the killer and go down under your hooked body, but sometimes they can be god players
Cheryl - Generally really good survivors, will loop and do gens

I find Lisas tend to be really competent but also really smug about it, but I don't have any impression of the other Cheryl variants, including base. Cheryls are sort of all over the place. You never know what you're going to get.
Except Jeryl. Jeryl chases the killer until the killer cowers in a corner and waggles 'no' for mercy.

glad to know I'm not alone, I started feeling bad being a P3 Cheryl main who loops the basics and sucks mostly while the others are said to be legends of looping xD
