So I had my first match as the buffed Legion aaaand...
And it was the most boring match I had in a long time.
The map was Thompson's House and the survivors were all spread across the edges of the map. There were only two or three times I got more than 2 hits in a single Frenzy. Most of the time I would hit someone and there would be NO ONE around, then I would look around and see ONE with killer instinct.
Still, because I was trying to spread hits and because there was a selfcare nancy going to a corner everytime she got deep wound (I must say I didn't notice it during game, only because another survivor complained about her in the endgame chat), the match took quite long, but I was taking long to get downs to. Because, you know, I had to be an m1 killer with no power when going for a down.
And the cherry on top: in the end I got the selfcare nancy, but the only hook I could possibly reach was still a little far and other survivors were there to bodyblock, so I had to let her bleed on the ground until she died.
By the way, I don't mean by this post that the changes were bad or that they make no difference. I'm actually very glad Legion got this buff. The thing is, they still have this major weakness and, depending on survivor tactics and the map, it can make really unfun games. Still, I was against survivors that obviously were not a 4-man SWF, in a medium-sized map. Imagine a smart 4-man SWF against Legion on Mother's Dwelling.

I think legion is way more fun to play now than he used to be so I am happy for him.
However he is still weak, just little better.
I think I will play him more than I used to.

Legion will always be weak against a team that separates as thats his biggest flaw. When i know its legion i always make sure the 3 gen is wide. You also gotta keep that in mind when you see if your killer instinc it telling you that and how to play

The change didn't improve Legion on a level that would change their rating.
Legion is still C tier at best. Hell, yesterday i saw a big streamer get 1 hook against a coordinated team.

I've been playing with Never Sleep Pills and Mural Sketch and it's basically the most guarantee way to get 5 feral frenzy hits. Had a game on a Torment Creek where I was able to run around the map and get downs with his power.
I would recommend you try it out.

I tried my first game as Legion last night.
I got the stuffing kicked out of me. I got two hooks the entire game on Crotus Penn.

Legion still feels garbage to play as, especially against competitive survivors and SWF. Their buffs just made them more annoying to play against if anything, and that's not what they needed.

I say the same I said in the Ghostface thread. I've played some matches with Legion and they feel like nothing have been done, the only noticeable change is the reduced stun when losing the power by 1 second and the better addons. The 5th hit-down maybe happen only if you are playing against idiots. Their power is still too short in seconds and is still weak against pallet camping, in my opinion the power time should be doubled and the pallet stuns shouldn't disable the power.

Reduced cooldown, no loss of frenzy charge on basic attacks, a lot of addons that did nothing now do something, frenzy can now actually down without needing to run two purple addons. They may not be as strong as you'd like, they're undeniably stronger though.

- Feral Frenzy now gets .2 m/s faster for every hit.
- Feral Frenzy can now down on the 5th hit.

- Stylish Sunglasses being added.
- Susie's Mixtape buff.
- Legion Pin buff.
- Defaced Smiley Pin buff.
- Julie's Mixtape buff.
- Mural Sketch buff.
- Never Sleep Pills buff.
- Friendship Bracelet buff.
- Mischief List buff.
- Scratched Ruler buff.
- Smiley Face Pin buff.

Tbf they didn’t really fix his core issue and main counterplay. Once survivors split up on gens he’s basically as useless as he’s always been

Correct. Which makes all the "survivors only get nerfs while killers only get buffs" threads hilarious. People tested both Legion and GF after the patch. Thats why we got those 2 killers non stop. But not even after 24 hours, it went back to the normal rotation. Because surprise, the buffs didn´t solve anything.
I really don´t get why the devs don´t ask mains what they want. They have data about how Twins is a monster on high mmr, so why not contact those high mmr (insert killer) mains and ask them where the core issues are.
They missed this every single rework/buff for any killer so far. When the mains usually know where the problems are.

Yeah no deathslinger main would’ve looked at the changes and agreed with them. They also have people like scorpionz who are fog whisperers and specifically main 1 killer. Why not ask them?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think I heard that Scorpionz thinks that Pig doesn't need buffs, so it's better that the devs don't take his opinions in consideration.

This is going to happen when survivors figure out it is legion regardless of the rework to Feral Frenzy. It is the best strategy to keep from everyone from getting injured. That is the deal with most of the killers so they don’t give them added pressure by being on more than one survivor at a time. Only exception to that rule is Twins and now the reworked Ghostface.

On smaller maps it is more possible to get that sweet 5 hit, i got it on saloon yesterday.

He got buffed - but he's just a reverse plague.
Plague injures everyone and wastes their time. She has a weak start and a huge advantage late game.
Legion injures everyone and wastes their time. They have a huge advantage at the start of a match, but are weak late game.
