bitter murmur bug

i was playing huntress on the new haddonfield and i noticed that my bitter murmur never activated. i dont even know why this is a thing or what caused it. there wasnt anything to block auras. the only thing i can think is that it is bugged on haddonfield but i dont know because bbq was working, has any one had this happen to them
