Bluriness Solution/Improvement For Some

Few quick notes:

- Those that are NOT using native monitor resolutions this won't help nearly as much. Your desktop resolution should be set to the native resolution of your monitor, and you should be using Fullscreenmode=1 and if you insist on using Fullscreenmode=0 then you MUST make sure that both ResolutionSizeX and ResolutionSizeY are also set to your desktop/native monitor resolution because they actually matter when using Fullscreenmode=0 as they are completely ignored when using Fullscreenmode=1 because your desktop resolution is always used because that's how borderless fullscreenmode works.

**The above is worth double checking which fullscreenmode you're using and which ResolutionSize values if you're using fullscreenmode=0**

- I'm up to my eyeballs making videos regarding how terribly this game runs with default settings and how much worse it can get by changing other settings as well as how great it runs when everything is working correctly in both Win 10 & Win 11 so I don't really have any extra time to spend making a new video when I can just reuse one from 5.4.0. If anyone is interested in seeing what I mean about running terribly versus running great just look at the list of my videos there are a few quick ones I put up recently.

- This is from Dec 1st when 5.4.0 dropped but BHVR hasn't fixed it. The only thing they changed about it was going from 67% for Low & Medium to 65% for low and 80% for medium.

- My EAC has no background picture because just before I made this video I also made a video demonstrating that you could remove the EAC background picture, intro video and still play without EAC kicking you. This is why there is no picture and it skips the video automatically. Yes, you can still do this if you want.

- This only helps those using Low or Medium settings. This doesn't apply to High and Ultra users since the game sets sg.ResolutionQuality and Screenresolution to 100%.

Starting In Patch 5.4.0 Switching to Low or Medium Graphic Settings Changes Two Values in GameUserSettings.ini (sg.ResolutionQuality & ScreenResolution) to 65 for Low or 80 for Medium.

Once Set On Low Or Medium It Allows You To Change The Resolution Slider Back Up To 100%. However This Doesn't Change sg.ResolutionQuality Which Is Stuck At Either 65 or 80 And Can Only Be Changed By Manually Editing GameUserSettings.ini Or Using High Or Ultra Setting.
