Repressed Alliance doesn't stop ruin's regression.

After using repressed alliance when the killer has Hex: Ruin active the gen gets blocked but continues to regress whilst blocked, a bug since blocked gens shouldn't regress.

Are you sure it was actually regressing or it just had the spark visual effect?
Normally, if a gen is blocked with ruin it will still spark but won’t actually lose progress as long as it’s blocked.

Yeah it was regressing, blocked a 99'd gen FOR SCIENCE

Imma test this in KYF, blocked gens should stop regression.
