Can anyone explain to me why it's not a dev priority?
And can anyone attest to m&k adapters working with dbd?

The devs have been asked to add this for years, and we're asked again during their latest Q&A a couple months ago. The answer was there are no plans to add it.
I believe others have posted info about an adapter for PlayStations, but I don't recall the details (I play on Xbox).
