Rancor doesnt work ????

The spirit's perk Rancor didnt let me insta down the obsession during my game and didnt let me also kill her so wth ?

I didnt try to do this bug again but 1st time happening and I was like what ? I could see the place where survs where when one gen was finished but dont kill survs at end game ?

So dont know if it happened only for me this time or else (if people gather and find this glitch too we may kill switch ?)

Well tried it with legion and still doesnt work whaat
