VPNs might make me quit this game

I've played through everything. The Ruin buff, DS nerf, old Undying, the current Pain Resonance meta but nothing has ever made me want to quit more than somebody playing from a completely different continent just to get free wins. Everything you do as a survivor has like a 2 second delay and the game is practically unplayable.

It's very common where I'm from on the NA west coast because the game is banned in some places of Asia and have to play on my server because it's the closest. I really wish something would be done about it.
