If legion does get changes
Since people are still complaining about nerf legion mentality let's go over a checklist: can't down in power UNLESS survivors don't spread out in other words play bad to allow them to get the 5th hit, complain about add-ons that rely on each other or if your complains about the spirit fury combo then don't stun them an path your loop according aka get good or better at loops an if the map has less pallets blame the team or map RNG, finally legion does have counter play learn and adapt to them because if it isn't nure then the killer has counter play outside of the power legion is a basic M1 killer. But in the wake they do get nerf showing how disappointing the community is to adapt then let's talk about survivor perks & meta that been the same since the dawn of time just to make it fair. To my accounrs legion or any killer who either needs skill or basic knowledge ranging from nurse to a pig don't have crutches outside of end game perks that require them to lose compared to the crutch perks survivor have that rewards then for misplays and the new skill check wiggle bar that is a downright buff to wiggling out faster. So yea go ahead an justify your survivor mindset on nerfing legion after a few days of the update. Not targeting anyone just saying things that people seem to miss or don't want to hear due to their own ignorance.

There are some add-ons I'd like to see changed, but I think he's alright

I will cry if they won't touch Nurse or Blight (not base-kits, their add-ons) and nerf Legion.
Legion is just fine.

Legion is fine. Leave them alone.

I will lose all faith in the balance team if I see any Legion nerfs and not nerf to Blights and Nurse add-ons, Dead hard, etc.
13 -
I'm not saying nerf legion I'm telling people to stop having the nerf mentality since legion is fine

Legion is feels like killer after years. Hope we get more buffs like this for Trapper, Myers, Pig etc.

I really want never sleep pills nerfed because they are genuinely insane. You can guarantee 5 hits in the beginning every time.

Legión needs skill? Seriously?
2 -
Never said that. If that's what you got from this that's on you. This post is basically saying it takes lil effort to counter an deal with legion.

I don't have a problem with Legion. Nor the add ons. It's just boring getting the same killer back to back, but that's RNG and MMR.
Saddened to see the same tired, weak response of "get good" though - but at least you added "or better", which made a difference lol.

You'll get used to it in a week.
The reduced frenzy speed isnt irrelevant.

Yes, arguably one of the most skillful killers in the game imo.

On one side we have: "I don't find repeatedly mending to be fun and enjoyable gameplay"
On the other side we have: "People should learn to adapt"
I feel like there's a disconnect and the people saying "adapt" aren't actually reading and comprehending the criticism of the Legion changes. It's ok to disagree with it, but to arrive at the conclusion that it's a failure to adapt is wild.

You still have faith?

What seems to be a recurring problem with DBD, is that its players are mostly made of whinning gen z and millenials that don't like changes and want everything handed over to them.
Legion buff is still very much countered, still a m1 killer. and you can still 4E agains him even in solo queue. And there are a couple of counter plays to it too.

Not a fair or logical conclusion to draw. Most complaints about legion aren't that they are overpowered. The complaints are that getting hit and required to mend 7 times a match is boring as hell and that matches that are twice as long are less fun.
Learn to read, and understand the nature of the critique.

I will add one note. Legion is like nurse to new players. He counters the defenses that new players rely on hard, just like nurse does. Pallets, Window vaults, are meaningless against legion. And they do it while being VERY easy to play unlike nurse.

But is that actually overpowered? In order to get a five hit instant down with Legion you need to do five frenzies in a row each of which takes about 10-20 seconds using Never Sleep pills. So that’s one down every 50-100 seconds. That’s not more time efficient than normal play, even taking into account the mend times it’s still kind of like getting a down once per minute at best.

people dont realize that if legion gets stun during the first 4 chained hits , the instadown doesnt happen ever because getting a stun on legion resets that, even with julies mixtape or the speed addon if you get stun its over.

It also injures everybody, gets info on where everybody is, and gets people off of gens to mend and then add the free uncounterable down on top of that
2 -
The mend only lasts 14 seconds and to get to that instant down you are spending up to 100 seconds in that one Frenzy use, assuming it gets that far. So yeah there is slowdown but there’s also a huge time commitment as a trade off.
And you get the info without the pills just using the Frenzy base kit so it’s not as if Legion didn’t get useful info from Frenzy with their normal ability. I don’t think anybody complained that Killer Instinct was overpowered without the pills so I’m not sure why that would be overpowered now.

People complain about the mending forever as survivor but that's legion main gameplay to not get gen rush which is boring for killer. Even trade an again isn't hard to deal with. Althou annoying it's no different from what survivors have access to and can do that would annoy killers.

That's what happens when there are so few killers to choose from, people are starved to play one that receives some kind of buff.

People really love to throw the word uncounterable for no reason. When the legion has 2 or more people, you should then try to pallet stun the legion out of frenzy since that resets the frenzy hits. Staying spread out helps keep him from getting this frenzy hits up even against Never Sleep Pills, because many maps are still large enough that he can't just get across the map with the reduced speed from never sleep pills unless he's already at 3 or 4 stacks. I've also seen survivors body block when they are deep wounded so I can't get to other survivors to chain.
