I met some survivors that could run faster than me as killer. Is there a hack that is popular atm? Its realy annoying

There are hacks but some of the better players hug tiles like they are glued to them for max efficiency.

He was faster in open field, im pretty sure he was hacking

Could be. It is a common hack.

There is a possibility with certain perks that this could be possible. Boon dark theory (2%), hope (7%), and blood pact (7%) would make them 1% faster then a 4.6 killer. There is also the med kit add on as well.
